Ms. Pham Thi Thanh, born in 1981, is the respected CEO & Founder of Thanh An Hair, founded Thanh An Hair with a deep passion for empowering women and a desire to create a business that highlights the beauty and value of Vietnamese hair. Inspired by the potential of ethically sourced hair extensions, she aimed to build company that connects global customers to high-quality, natural products, while uplisting the communities from which the hair is sourced.
