Stock items are prepared in 1–7 business days. Large or fully customised orders can take up to 30 days depending on quantity and specification — we confirm the exact date in writing before you pay. International transit is typically 3–10 business days by DHL, FedEx, UPS or EMS, and you receive a tracking number by email once the order ships. Transit times can be longer during holiday periods. Customs duties and import taxes in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.
Yes. We send physical samples so you can assess the hair yourself before committing to a bulk order. Sample cost and shipping depend on the textures and lengths you want to test — message us on WhatsApp and we will quote it before anything is sent.
Yes. All our hair is 100% natural Vietnamese human hair, ethically sourced directly from Vietnamese women, then processed in our own factory in Bac Ninh. Raw hair keeps its natural cuticle alignment and is unprocessed. Because it is natural hair, colour and curl pattern match our colour ring to roughly 80–90% — small variation between bundles is normal and is not a defect.
Yes. We manufacture for 300+ distributors selling under their own brand. Your logo can go on tags, bundle wraps, boxes and colour rings, and we produce to your own specification sheet for texture, length, weft type, weight and grade. Custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable, so we always confirm a sample with you first.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, bank transfer, Western Union, MoneyGram and OnePay. Payment terms are agreed per order and confirmed in writing before anything is produced. We are an Alibaba Verified Supplier and can send our business registration and fumigation certificates before you pay. An order can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of payment; between 24 and 72 hours a 20% cancellation fee applies; after 72 hours the order has entered production and cannot be cancelled.
Report any transport damage or discrepancy with photo or video evidence within 48 hours of receiving the package. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery on items that are unused and in original condition. Manufacturing defects are covered by a 30-day warranty. We also have a representative office in Everett, Washington, United States. You are buying directly from the manufacturer — there is no trading company in between.
